Since, this "All fun-inclusive" resort sells out months in advance we have a special room block set aside for our guests to ensure a discount that won’t change with the demand in bookings. In order to ensure that you, our dearest friends and family members can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we kindly ask you take note of:















For those of you so willing and kind to join us for our wedding celebration, thank you and secondly, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so that we can ensure our events are spectacularly planned for you. We have a certain amount of rooms set aside however, there are only a few rooms in each category available. In order to make the most of your trip, and to book the room category that you want, it's best for you to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

PLEASE NOTE THE TARGET DEADLINES BELOW:

- WE ASK THAT ALL RESERVATIONS BE MADE BY MAY 15, 2023. WHEN YOU SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN OUR SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE, THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS $300 PER ROOM BUT IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE OR FLIGHTS, THAT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE. 

- THE SECOND DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 50% OF YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE BY AUGUST 14, 2023.

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON ANY REMAINING BALANCES ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 23, 2023.

* ANY LATE PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A $50/PERSON LATE FEE.
