PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
All Travelers, please note that up to date passports are necessary and all existing passports must be good for the entire duration of your stay.

Do not wait to get your passport. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP due to processing delays. The earlier you inquire will help prevent extra unnecessary fees to expedite the process. Normal processing times are currently taking up to 12 weeks and expedited processing is taking up to 4 weeks. FLIGHTS
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the best airport to fly into. 

If you are opting for cash back insurance, then it is best to book your flights with MarieSam so your insurnace will cover your entire package. However, if you are NOT adding travel insurance to your package, then it is best to book your flights directly with the airline (not a discount site, but directly with the airline you are flying). It has been best for travelers to actually book the flights directly on the airline's website because it gives you more flexibility and control to alter your flights immediately. This has been especially important as of late because airlines are constantly changing their flight schedules and canceling flights and oftentimes, time is of the essence to make these changes.

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. Estimated time from the Cancun International Airport to start your vacation at Hotel Xcaret Resort is approximately 75 minutes, but a current construction project near the airport can create a lot of traffic so there may be some delays.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Hotel Xcaret Arte, an all-inclusive resort 40 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to when it comes to booking a room, as well as helping you book your roundtrip flights.  

**We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be 1) more expensive for you and 2) because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities for the group.**
